Sydney Equestrian World Cups 2011

BAREBACK SHOWJUMPING

IMPRESSIVE KITTY (14.2hh) Ridden by NATALYA BRETHERTON

Successfully competed in the feature bareback showjumping event at the Sydney Equestrian World Cup held at Sydney International Equestrian Centre in May. Finally finishing outright 3rd, it took two professional show jumpers to beat this combination. Natalya and Coco (aka Impressive Kitty) successfully jumped a 1.4m (4'7") oxer bareback. Natalya and Coco had the crowd on their feet during their progression from a starting height of 1.0m. The eventual winner, a professional showjumper successfully cleared 1.5m (4'11"). Being the smallest horse in the competition, Natalya and Coco's perfomence was an outstanding acheivement.

Natalya and Coco also competed in eventing on the weekend finishing 12th in an impressive field of 30 competitors.
